Jo Ann FieldsJo Ann began her legal career in 1997 with a well respected criminal defense law firm in Atlanta where she honed her trial skills.  She joined Forrest B. Johnson & Associates in 2002, where her practice areas include commercial trucking litigation and worker’s compensation.  A Kansas native, Jo Ann graduated with honors from Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas with a Bachelors of Arts degree in History and Political Science.   She earned a Juris Doctorate in 1997 from the Georgia State University College of Law.

Jo Ann is admitted to practice law in the trial courts of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Georgia Supreme Court, the Federal District Courts of Georgia, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.  Experienced in trial and appellate work, Jo Ann has had the privilege of presenting oral argument before the Supreme Court of the State of Georgia.
