A pedestrian was struck and killed while walking along a rural unlit highway. The offending driver blamed the pedestrian for wearing dark clothing. Our firm investigated the case and demonstrated that the offending driver was inattentive and traveling too fast on the roadway. Following our investigation, the case was successfully resolved for a confidential amount on behalf of the pedestrian's surviving family.  

Our annual Macon "Back 2 School Bash" was held on July 25, 2015, at the Buck Melton Center.  Forrest B. Johnson & Associates in association with a number of sponsors hosted a backpack giveaway.

Attendees participated n free health screening for high blood pressure and diabetes.  Information about after-school programs and tutoring was provided to parents, grandparents, and legal guardians.

For the children, who were the focus of this event, there was food, fun and games along with haircuts and manicures.

This event strives to plant the seeds of success for the coming school year by assisting parents while challenging and motivating our youth.

Forrest B. Johnson & Associates is continuing its commitment to supporting higher education.  We recently donated $30,000 in scholarships to students at Beulahland Bible Church, Bibb Mount Zion Baptist Church, Fellowship Bible Baptist Church, Greater Bellevue Baptist Church, House Of Hope Macon, New Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church, and Unionville Missionary Baptist Church.                                         

During the Family Fun Fest, Forrest B. Johnson & Associates donated $1,500 to the Macon-Bibb Sheriff's Office for the purchase of new body-cameras.   By helping to provide transparency in police operations, our firm hopes to assist in enhancing the confidence that the Bibb County community has in its law enforcement officers.
