Family of 12-Year-old Killed in Atlanta Collision Retains Forrest B. Johnson & Associates

On November 22, 2013, a Georgian Mother was driving her 12-year-old daughter to school. A pick-up truck struck their vehicle. The young girl was critically injured and died at the hospital. The girl’s younger brother and older sister were also passengers in the vehicle. Notably, her mother and siblings also sustained injuries.

Following the investigation by the Atlanta Police Department, Driver of the pick-up truck was subsequently charged with second-degree misdemeanor vehicular homicide and failure to yield.

The 12-year-old girl was an honor student, serving as vice president on Cooper Middle School’s student council in Austell, Georgia. She was very loving and popular. Her family and friends are still trying to cope with this tragic accident.
